Integrix operates it's own Cloud infrastructure and has developed a number of Cloud based products and services including private cloud, hosted applications such as exchange and sharepoint, and managed backups.

Integrix offers a feature-rich Professional Services Automation solution developed and supported in Australia. Key features include ITIL incident, problem and change management as well as many other features supporting not only IT service desk functions but sales, customer service and request management type organisations.

System Management

Integrix has extensive experience in managing and servicing all kinds of infrastructure and systems from small business to large enterprise. Through our partnership with N-Able we can offer a suite of System Management tools including Asset Management, Remote control, patch/warranty management, application deployment and reporting.
